Frequently Asked Questions
How do I subscribe?
Open the app and tap on the subscription tier you'd like to join. Subscriptions are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchases. Choose between Basic ($0.99/mo) for exclusive content access or VIP ($9.99/mo) for everything including direct messaging with Blessd.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your Apple device:

You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription payments are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Apple processes all refund requests for In-App Purchases.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Open the app and go to your profile — your subscription should restore automatically. If it doesn't, try tapping "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen.
What is the VIP DM feature?
VIP subscribers get access to a direct messaging channel with Blessd. Send messages, and get personal replies. Messages are subject to community guidelines — be respectful and keep it positive.
How do I change my display name?
Go to your profile in the app and tap on your display name to edit it. Changes take effect immediately across the app.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@cigolmusic.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days. Make sure to cancel your subscription first to avoid further charges.
I'm not receiving push notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for Blessd Exclusive in your device settings: go to Settings > Notifications > Blessd Exclusive and toggle notifications on. Also check that Do Not Disturb is off.
The app is crashing or not loading
Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If problems continue, contact us with your device model and iOS version so we can investigate.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blessd Exclusive mobile application ("App"), operated by Cigol Music ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Blessd Exclusive. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Billing, Renewal & Cancellation
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple device:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
When using Blessd Exclusive, you agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or any individual

Post or transmit abusive, obscene, or offensive content

Impersonate any person or entity

Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

Distribute spam or unsolicited messages

Circumvent or disable any security features of the App

Share, redistribute, or publicly display exclusive content from the App
Messages in the VIP DM feature are subject to automated profanity filtering. Repeated violations of the acceptable use policy may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Content Ownership
All content available through Blessd Exclusive — including but not limited to music, videos, images, text, graphics, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Blessd and Cigol Music. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
7. User-Generated Content
Messages you send through the VIP DM feature are considered user-generated content. By sending messages, you:

Retain ownership of your messages

Grant us a non-exclusive license to store and transmit your messages as needed to operate the feature

Agree that your messages comply with the Acceptable Use policy above
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any messages that violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied

Cigol Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cigol Music, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.
Upon termination:

Your right to access the App ceases immediately

Active subscriptions will not be refunded for the current billing period

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
